How do I get started?
Call or email Lift Language and Literacy Therapy at email@example.com or 480-256-2436 to discuss your concerns and determine if your child might benefit from an evaluation and/or therapy services. You can also fill out the Contact Us form here.
Do you accept insurance?
Lift Language and Literacy Therapy does not bill insurance companies directly. We will provide you a superbill as a statement of your services. You can submit the superbill on your own behalf to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. We recommend checking your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company.
What documentation do you provide?
After the initial evaluation, we provide an evaluation report. We also provide periodic progress reports for families.
My child gets services in school, can we do private services too?
If evaluation indicates that your child is eligible for our services, your child can receive private speech, language, or literacy therapy services in addition to school services.
